As a teacher & student:
Yoga has allowed me to connect to my inner wisdom, physical and mental strength, and courage when times have been challenging. The tools I've gained from this practice have showed me that I can move through difficulty with more ease. The more I know myself, the easier I can navigate through my life with people, jobs, and relationships. This practice has allowed to me to find out how to take care of myself in an authentic way. I'm hoping to share my little tidbits of wisdom and clarity and even my frustrations so that others know that they are not alone. With a little discipline and willingness to look at yourself there is freedom waiting on the other side to truly be yourself...and love exactly who you are.
